At IAC Automotive, a general leader in the manufacture of plastic automotive components, we are seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor with solid experience in plastic injection molding processes, responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability and performance of plant equipment and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.Ensure the continuous operation of plastic injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.Manage the maintenance of injection molds, paint booths and plant infrastructure.Lead the technical maintenance team and external suppliers.Implement improvements focused on reducing downtime and increasing operational efficiency.Analyze faults and develop permanent corrective measures.Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.RequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering,



Mechatronics or a related field.At least 8 years' experience in industrial maintenance.At least 3 years in supervisory or leadership roles.Verifiable experience in automotive companies with plastic injection molding processes.Solid knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, PLCs, industrial automation and injection molds.Experience in the maintenance of paint booths, chillers, compressors and plant services.Intermediate to advanced English desirable.SkillsTeam leadership.Problem‐solving.Results‐oriented.Continuous improvement.Planning and organization.Decision‐making.We are looking for a technical leader with extensive experience in plastic injection molding maintenance, capable of ensuring the operational continuity of production processes and contributing to the achievement of the plant's safety, quality and productivity objectives.
