BIM MEP Specialist (Mechanical & Electrical) - Remote AtBIMMEX, we are looking for a skilledBIM MEP Specialistto join our team and support international projects focused on Mechanical and Electrical systems.This role involves high-quality BIM modeling, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration for U.S.-based construction projects.We are looking for professionals with strong technical knowledge, autonomy, and attention to detail.Responsabilities Develop and coordinate BIM models for Mechanical and Electrical systems. Model HVAC ductwork, piping, cable trays, conduits, electrical equipment, and layouts using Revit MEP. Participate in clash detection and BIM coordination processes. Review project documentation and identify potential conflicts proactively. Produce coordinated models according to project standards and required LOD. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, structure, and MEP trades. Support construction coordination and BIM/VDC workflows.Mandatory Requirements Advanced English level (spoken and written).



2+ years of experience in BIM MEP modeling. Strong experience with Autodesk Revit MEP. Experience modeling Mechanical and/or Electrical systems at LOD 300+ Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection. Understanding of: HVAC systems Mechanical piping Electrical layouts Cable trays, conduits, supports, etc. BIM coordination workflowsNice to Have Experience with U.S.-based projects. Familiarity with BIM/VDC processes. Experience with LOD 400 modeling. Knowledge of U.S. construction standards. Experience with ACC / BIM 360.
