to help shape and scale our talent agenda across the region while partnering with global stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for:
✅ 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years leading recruiting teams
✅ Strong recruiting expertise across LATAM
✅ Proven experience supporting
Integral Capability Centers (GCCs)
or large-scale global hiring initiatives
✅ Background working with a global consumer brand
✅ Ability to build trusted partnerships with global business leaders, HR teams, and local stakeholders
✅ Strategic,



solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of integrity and accountability
✅ Advanced English proficiency (
C2 level
)
