As our
Global Manufacturing Engineer
, you'll play a key role in shaping how advanced liquid-cooling products are manufactured across our global production network. You will develop, industrialize, and standardize scalable manufacturing processes that support consistent quality, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.

Your impact?
You will help enable successful product launches, strengthen manufacturing capability across plants and suppliers, and reduce process variation through standardized systems and continuous improvement. Your work will directly contribute to reliable production performance, customer satisfaction, and future-ready manufacturing operations.
You'll collaborate with
R&D;, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, plant leadership, and global suppliers
, taking ownership of
industrialization, manufacturing standards, process capability, and operational improvement

What You'll Be Doing
Define
and maintain global manufacturing standards for assembly, leak testing, brazing, welding, machining, inspection, and final product validation processes.
Lead
new-product industrialization activities including process development, tooling and fixture design, pilot builds, capability studies, and global production handoff.
Drive
Lean manufacturing initiatives, process audits, KPI improvements,
and structured problem-solving activities to improve quality, safety, throughput, and cost performance.
Collaborate
with Quality teams to align PFMEAs, control plans, PPAP, FAI, testing, validation, and risk mitigation practices across manufacturing sites.
Support
plants and suppliers by scaling manufacturing capacity, replicating proven production systems, and advancing automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing solutions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
.
Proven experience
in manufacturing engineering within multi-site or global manufacturing environments.
Strong background in
industrialization, process standardization, and manufacturing support for complex mechanical, thermal, or fluid systems
.
Knowledge of
Lean manufacturing, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, process capability, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action methodologies
.
A global mindset with strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
