Import & Export AnalystLocation: Naucalpan, State of Mexico (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)We're looking for an Import & Export Analyst with hands-on experience coordinating international shipments, customs documentation and cross-border logistics. If you have worked closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders and international suppliers, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll do:- Coordinate and monitor international import and export shipments .- Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics providers.- Review import/export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, etc.).- Track deliveries and ensure material availability for production.- Support inventory control and SAP transactions.- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning,



Manufacturing and Warehouse teams.- Identify shipment risks and proactively communicate delays.What we're looking for- 2-5 years of experience in Import/Export Operations, International Logistics or Foreign Trade.- Experience coordinating international shipments and customs documentation.- Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes.- SAP experience preferred.- Advanced Excel.- English: Intermediate-Advanced (B2 or above)We offer:- Direct & Permanent contract with IDEMIA Secure Transactions- 25-27K MXN as monthly salary (gross salary)- 30 days of christmas bonus- Food coupons- 15 vacations days- Medical and Life Insurance- Saving Found (10% of salary)
