Job Title: Mexico Technical Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for off-grid, grid-tied and energy storage solar systems via phone, instant messages and emails. Manage Mexico after-sales cases and follow up unresolved tickets from distributor customers.
- Hold regular communication meetings with distributors to maintain close cooperation, prepare meeting minutes and track all pending follow-up items.
- Assist daily operations of local Latin America warehouse as required.
- Offer remote technical support to Mexican distributors and installers, and deliver on-site support when necessary.
- Carry out inverter fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, sort out after-sales service data.
- Guide installers through installation, monitoring and later operation & maintenance of residential photovoltaic power stations.
- Provide technical promotion support for the sales team.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related disciplines are preferred.
- Possess photovoltaic industry working experience with solid understanding of the basic working principles of inverters.




- Have practical experience in inverter-related work including inverter commissioning & installation, daily maintenance and fault troubleshooting; candidates with experience on Growatt inverters will be prioritized.
- Familiar with inverter commissioning and installation standards, proficient in mainstream office software, with basic electrician knowledge including familiarity with different grid types and the ability to operate multimeters.
- English serves as the daily working language for all written and verbal communications.
- Be willing to work full-time on-site in Mexico City.
- Proactive and responsible, with strong communication skills and teamwork awareness; able to efficiently complete project targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
