Responsibilities

- Responsible for layout design of automation systems for auxiliary equipment matching injection molding machines, and cooperate with project leaders to implement automation solutions.- Draw electrical wiring diagrams, factory layout drawings and other drawings for automated equipment.- Follow up the assembly and commissioning of automated equipment, and guide workshop staff to complete equipment installation, wiring and debugging.- Conduct automation process optimization in due course to improve equipment operating efficiency and stability, and solve technical problems arising in production automation.- Participate in the introduction and verification of new automation technologies and equipment, and compile relevant technical documents and operating specifications.- Complete other automation-related technical tasks assigned by department supervisors.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Automation, Electrical Engineering,



Mechatronics or related disciplines.- Proficient in drawing software such as UG and EPLAN with solid basic knowledge of electrical design.- Familiar with working principles and applications of automatic control systems, sensors, frequency converters and other devices; capable of on-site equipment assembly and commissioning.- Understand the structure and automatic control logic of injection molding machines and supporting auxiliary machines; candidates with relevant automation project design and commissioning experience are preferred.- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to read English technical documents and communicate fluently in English.- Strong team spirit, sense of responsibility and learning ability; able to pass probation period assessment.
