Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and implementation of maintenance and repair plans to ensure stable and efficient operation of facility and utility systems.- Supervise daily operation and maintenance activities for systems such as HVAC, Fire Pump station, RO Plant, UPS, and Air Compressor.- Monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide improvement suggestions to enhance reliability and efficiency.- Make sure all facility operations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.- Support energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives through equipment upgrades or process improvements.- Collaborate with engineering, production, and EHS teams to solve facility-related issues and maintain smooth factory operations.- Participate in projects related to facility expansion, system upgrades, and the installation of new equipment.

Requirements





- High school or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.- 3~8 years of hands-on experience in facility or utility management, preferably in the electrical or electronics manufacturing industry.- Solid understanding of building and facility systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection).- Familiar with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and standard maintenance procedures.- Good leadership and team supervision skills with experience leading small technical teams.- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or other relevant software is preferred.
