Environmental, Health & Safety Manager Location: Reciente León, MéxicoWe are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for fostering a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting operational excellence through effective risk management and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities- Lead site EHS initiatives to promote a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.- Partner with operational leaders to identify risks, implement preventive measures, and drive continuous improvement efforts.- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as internal standards and policies.- Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen employee awareness, engagement, and accountability in EHS matters.- Monitor EHS performance metrics, analyze trends,



and implement action plans to achieve site objectives.- Lead incident investigations and corrective action processes to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.- Support environmental compliance activities and sustainability initiatives across the site.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and external partners to ensure safe and compliant operations.- Evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programs and recommend improvements that enhance operational performance and risk reduction.- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and employee involvement throughout the organization.Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience leading EHS programs within a manufacturing environment.- Strong knowledge of environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.- Experience developing safety culture initiatives and continuous improvement programs.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Advanced English required.What We Offer- Competitive compensation package- Comprehensive benefits- Professional development opportunities- Collaborative and growth-oriented environment- Opportunity to contribute to a high-performing manufacturing operation
