Job Summary
An Inventory Control Specialist ensures that inventory is accurately tracked, efficiently managed, and readily available to meet organizational needs.
They play a critical role in maintaining supply chain efficiency, minimizing stock discrepancies, and supporting overall operational success.
Job Responsibilities
Track inventory levels, perform regular audits, reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records, and maintain accurate documentation.
Handle the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies, including special orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Process requisitions, replenish stock items, and manage specialty carts or kits, ensuring priority items are delivered promptly.
Use inventory management software to update records, generate reports, monitor trends, and forecast future inventory needs.
Work with procurement, logistics, sales, and other departments to maintain optimal stock levels and support supply chain operations.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and support continuous quality improvement processes.




Train staff on inventory procedures and software use and manage warehouse or inventory teams when necessary.
Required Qualifications
BSc/BA in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in inventory management software and familiarity with supply chain procedures.
Ability to lift and move heavy items; work may occur in warehouse environments that are hot, cold, or physically demanding.
Proficient in English.
Resume must be in English.
Preferred Qualifications
GKN Aerospace Experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‐solving abilities; effective customer service skills for client interactions.
Supply chain certifications are a plus.
