We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist (Temporary) to support the Accounts Receivable team by managing customer accounts, resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate payment processing.Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding outstanding balances through calls and email.Negotiate payment arrangements and help resolve account discrepancies.Process collections, update account records, and maintain accurate documentation.Reconcile payments and research billing or payment issues.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer account concerns.Requirements Must-Have1+ year of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, or Data Entry.Advanced English (written and spoken).
