**Job Description Summary**: Support controllersip & finance team activities.
Performs a variety of administrative and/or accounting tasks in accordance with company procedures, supporting the accounting/controllership area with the objective of ensuring proper control and accurate information flow.
Key responsibilities include, among others:
- Monitoring compliance with account reconciliation requirements
- Submitting digital filings to INEGI
- Supporting activities related to fixed asset file updates and labeling
- Participating in process improvement projects for the department
- Liaising with stakeholders outside the immediate work area to obtain, verify, or provide information related to accounting processes




- Supporting the compilation of information required by authorities
- Providing occasional support in the submission of information to government offices
**Qualifications**
- Student in the final semesters of a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Basic to intermediate English
- Proactive, analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
