**Job Title**:
Quality Resident
**Credentials**
Supervision of the material that provides the Customer.
Reconditioning when problems are detected on the line.
Make all the arrangements to return defective parts to the plant
Feedback on the plant inventory and production schedules.
Investigate customer quality issues, including defects, nonconformances, and line disruptions.
Verify defect conditions against drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
Initiate and manage containment activities, sorting, and clean points as required.
Escalate critical issues according to severity and customer requirements.
**Desired Characteristics**
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related) or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of industry-related experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or high-volume production
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
Ability to work independently at a customer location
Layout and material rework the lines
Control of rejection, RMA'sy PPM's
Reports of inspection and rework
Product Audits.
Analysis techniques to solve problems.




Implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
