**OBJECTIVE**:Based on General Knowledge of the Company's Products (Goods and/or Services) acts as the Customer's contact regarding scheduled Shipping, Shipping Information as well as billing, Warranty Services, Product Specifications.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
1. Based on General Knowledge of the Company's Products (Goods and/or Services) acts as the Customer's contact regarding Billing, Warranty Services, Product Specifications as well as Scheduled Shipping and Shipping Information.
2. Handles all inquiries from Customers performing extensive research and/or coordinating with other Departments as required obtaining solutions.
3. May Coordinate Product Returns for exchange or rework.
4. Formulates the required Reports and Prepares General Correspondence.
5.



Meets the Established Procedures and the Policies of the Organization.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- High school degree or Technical Studies.
- 1 year of experience working directly with customer follow up.
Ideally within shipping but not mandatory.
- Advanced English level is necessary.
- Availability to commute to Rosarito.
- This role is a temporary job for 3 months.
