GENERAL SUMMARY
Will be directly responsible for the health, safety, and environment of the Fabrication areas and the output of the production lines with excellent quality and accomplishing the production goals.
Will also coordinate activities with the support departments to continually improve our operations.
Will be the leader of the supervision team.
E XPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in production management.
- Bilingual 80%
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Autonomous and proactive player: Ownership of areas.
- Highly objective-driven and data oriented.
- Understand KPI and numbers.
- Good technical skills and critical thinking.
- Very good team player and collaborates with the others.
- Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement techniques such as Kaizen and 5's.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of Fabrication processes is an important asset.
- Knowledge and experience in PMO is an important asset.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and execute all health and safety-related activities to keep our employees safe: 0 accident mindset.
- Coordinate, lead and develop the team of production supervisors: People approach.
- Eliminate and reduce quality issues at the root: 0 defects vision.
- Maintain and improve production operations and equipment: Continuous improvement mindset.




- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for the role concerning the standard ISO****: ****.
- Meet and constantly improve production goals and costs.
- Understand, develop and improve KPI of the areas.
- Good communication with customers and support departments.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department supervisor.
