- Lead and deliver the SAP SD stream in S/4HANA implementation projects from blueprint to go-live and support.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, analyze business processes, and map them to SAP S/4HANA SD functionality.
- Configure and customize SAP SD processes including:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Pricing
- Credit Management, Output Management, and ATP (Available to Promise)
- Integration with MM, FI, and logistics
- Define and document functional specifications for custom developments and work with ABAP developers as needed.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training.
- Support data migration activities related to SD master and transactional data (e.g.,



Customer Master, Sales Orders).
- Contribute to cutover planning and go-live support.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of SAP SD experience, including at least 1-2 S/4HANA full-cycle implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of core SD processes and S/4HANA simplifications.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration for SD module.
- Understanding of integration points with MM, FI, and Logistics.
- Experience working in Agile or SAP Activate methodology environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- SAP S/4HANA certification in SD is added advantage
- Experience with Fiori apps related to SD.
- Experience with interfacing SAP with external systems (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, 3PLs).
