ISP Administration Teacher Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Administration aligned with the school's curriculum and academic standards.
- Teach topics related to business administration, organizational practices, management, finance, and office procedures.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and academic support.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in students.
- Incorporate technology and digital tools into teaching to reflect modern administrative practices.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the learning needs and abilities of all students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and curriculum development.
- Prepare students for academic advancement, certifications,
or future workplace requirements in the field of administration.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, institutional policies, and professional standards.
