**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide end-to-end follow-up on customer shipments.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding their logistics and cargo movement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve shipment-related issues with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs, International Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service roles,



preferably in logistics, transportation, or import/export.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
- ** 100% fluent in spoken and written English** (conversational and professional level).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
