**What You'll Do**
As a **Junior Paralegal**,



you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to our legal and compliance team.
You'll take ownership of corporate filings, compliance tasks, broker support, and documentation tracking across U.S. jurisdictions.
Your work will help ensure regulatory compliance, licensing accuracy, and timely execution of legal obligations.
**Key Responsibilities**
Support real-time operational needs of real estate designated brokers across all U.S.based jurisdictions, including managing broker-of-record documentation and license renewals.Conduct basic legal research using federal and state laws, regulations, and case law to support compliance efforts and internal decision-making.
- Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled with the highest level of discretion and in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
**What You Bring**
Legal education or background, such as a law student, recent graduate, or equivalent experience in a legal, compliance, or administrative role.
