TECHNICAL SKILLS: 2 years' experience in: Steel to coordinate quality-related matters with the team.
Costumer Service experience.
Purchasing or sales experience
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
- Ensure On-Time Scheduled Delivery of Customers Steel Requirement
- Improve Customer Service
- Improve and ensure timely AR from customers
- Analyze customer order variability, negotiate with the customer to achieve +/-10% monthly variability
- Complete weekly visits to assigned customers, reporting to supervisor results
- Improve profitability of department
