**Specific responsibilities are**:
- Ability to quickly and accurately identify equipment-related issues, frame problems, and implement effective resolutions.
- Serve as a coach and mentor in autonomous maintenance including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and early equipment management.
- Lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance strategies to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build operator capability, ownership, and workplace organization.
- Implement and sustain 5S and visual management systems to improve workplace efficiency and safety.
- Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple autonomous and preventive maintenance projects across supplier and plant locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance,



and workplace organization into broader quality and reliability strategies.

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Engineering.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field; other degrees with relevant experience may be considered.
- Proven expertise in TPM, autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance systems, and workplace organization.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel across international borders as needed.
