Technical Program Manager for Communications Domain will
- Work with the product and technology teams focused on the delivery pipeline.

- Play a key role in ensuring a seamless planning, execution and delivery of functionality and data through a particular system (or systems), and tools.
- Be responsible for organizing, driving, improving and accounting for insights into the technology we develop while building cross-functional relationships through stellar communication and collaboration.
- Help project to stay on schedule, on spec and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.

This position reports to Sr Software Engineering Manager of Communications Domain.

**Required Work Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ experience required for any cloud environments (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- Good Knowledge of Communications platforms.
- SAFe or relevant certifications
- Formulates, organizes and monitors inter-connected domains across the program
- Coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality
- Help the team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the definition of done.
- Conduct and facilitate all agile ceremonies and deliver artifacts for reports on team and project progress
- Ensure teams meet sprint commitments and release milestones
- Remove impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance
- Create and maintain a clear line of communication with Product Managers, Delivery Leaders, QE and stakeholders to effectively communicate risks and issues
- Help Product Managers formulate techniques for effective product goal definition and backlog management
- Assist the Product Manager with prioritizing the product backlog to yield maximized value
- Help the team understand the need for clear and concise backlog items
- Develop the trust of engineering and QE team members and drive delivery and execution
- Help the team to understand and follow the goals, scope of work and product domain
- Contributes to Agile Center of Excellence
- Helps individuals on the team follow the Scrum framework without being dogmatic
- Maintains a repository of the templates, best practices, performance to budget (time and dollars) and lessons learned from previous projects to ensure success is replicated and failure is avoided.
- Collaborate with other Technical Program Managers and Release Train Engineers in championing an Agile mindset within the organization
