We are looking for a Plant Manager, responsible for operating and manufacturing processes wire and screening media for Metso based on extensive product and process knowledge, including on-site process efficiency throughout the plant.

This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX.
**Team you belong to**:
You will be joining a global Management Team committed to providing solutions, implementing projects, guidance and assistance to sales and marketing personnel; acting effectively as a process engineering liaison between the project design engineering group and the sales/marketing group.

- Manages time, skills and resources: Produce maximum volume of work and reduction of errors.
- Keeps others appropriately informed: Written and oral communications are organized, clear, concise and accurate.

**Who you are**:
- Excellent communication skills required combined with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Travel (up to 20%) may be required as needed, including both domestic and international to corporate offices, sister facilities, vendor shops, and jobsites.
- Strong drive and performance orientation skills required.
Work close with Market Area personnel, Demonstrates dependability and trustworthiness.




- Strong communication skills, plus co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills to manage internal and external interfaces, effectively working as both a team member and as an individual contributor.
- Can read and interpret engineering drawings and possess a strong mechanical & technical aptitude.
- Strong Supervision skills, Staffing, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Teamwork, Job Knowledge
- Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several projects at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks.
- Possess strong computer skills including SAP Business System, Microsoft Office Suite, Strong understanding of LEAN and Lean tools
