We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Product Specialist**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement MES solutions using Syncade MES and Werum PAS-X to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of MES systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support for MES-related issues ensuring mínimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and execute test plans to validate MES functionality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MES configurations processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on MES best practices and new functionalities.
- Work closely with supply chain teams to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor and analyze MES data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure MES solutions are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of MES projects.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in MES technologies.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management on MES project progress and performance.




**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in Syncade MES and Werum PAS-X.
- Have a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show proficiency in project management and documentation.
- Display a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
