We're looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus, reporting to the Production Planning Manager.
This role involves helping materials and production functions, planning, scheduling, coordinating and approving product releases based on material and capacity availability.Typical Day / ResponsibilitiesCheck the possibility of order fulfillment based on available resources (materials, employees, equipment, etc.) and confirm the order.Prepare production plans and input planning data into the company's integrated computer system.Notify purchasing group and monitor implementation of plans.Initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.Prepare long‐term plans and forecasts (MPS, forecast).
Monitor system accuracy on a daily/weekly basis for general item data, routing, BOM, CFT data, non‐consumed demand, and planned work orders.Prepare Clean‐to‐Build reports, check material availability, replan as necessary, inform order desk, and trace ECO implementation.Monitor stock levels, handle stock differences.Prepare management and CFT‐specific reports, monitor KPIs.Assist and/or replace SCM and Order Desk functions as needed.Advise non‐exempt associates on day‐to‐day priority of customer requests.Monitor and address issues impacting performance: committed ship date (CSD), lead‐time, response time, inventory goals.Coordinate and manage high‐visibility and/or important customer programs,



including initial product start‐up initiatives.Coordinate with Master Scheduler on product lifecycle and material availability issues.Drive process improvements within and outside Order Management.Provide input to management, reschedule and interface with customers, master scheduling, production control to reschedule production in case of design changes, labor/material shortages, backlogs, etc.Represent Order Management on Customer Focus Teams.Provide additional support to inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of related experience.Demonstrated advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills.Thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.Knowledge of Baan ERP system.Experience in personnel management.Versátil working hours availability.BenefitsCompetitive salary; life and medical insurance; Christmas bonus; food coupons; saving fund; life insurance (GM13).
