Assist Inside Sales reps with data analysis, order entry, account management and quoting activities.
This is a temporary position for 6 months with the possibility to renew for another 6months for a total of 12 months.
This position reports to Customer Service supervisor
Experiência y requisitos
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
(preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer inquiries.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.




- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Availability to commit to the internship duration and schedule.
