**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated **B2B Appointment Setter** to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be calling warm leads — individuals and businesses that have already shown interest in our services.
Your goal is to qualify the lead and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
This is **not cold calling.
** Every contact you make has already expressed some level of interest.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads provided to you
- Engage prospects professionally and with confidence
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Update CRM with lead notes and appointment status




- Follow up on previously contacted leads as needed
**Requirements**:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Previous experience in appointment setting or sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and dialers
- Self-starter with consistent performance and time management
