Key responsibilities:
- Execute the national medical operational plan aligned with the general strategy.
- Act as the scientific expert in your therapeutic area, both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, scientific societies, and patient associations.
- Lead scientific discussions, advisory boards, congresses, and symposia.
- Support clinical trials and real-world data (RWD) initiatives.
- Identify relevant clinical data needs to support medical communication.
- Gather field insights and report them to the MSL lead.
- Maintain updated CRM systems and track HCP engagement and activities.
- Provide continuous scientific training to Product Specialists.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations.
**Requirements**:




- PhD or Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biosciences).
- Minimum 3 years as MSL, ideally in neurology or autoimmune/inflammatory diseases.
- Experience in Medical Affairs and product launches is highly valued.
- C1-C2 English level and strong digital communication skills.
- Strategic mindset, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed.
