**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow up on quotations and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to provide accurate pricing and lead times.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate terms with customers and work towards closing deals that align with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and customer demands to provide feedback for business strategy.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions, quotations, and contracts.
- Support internal teams by communicating customer requirements effectively.
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Experience with the IMMEX program and export regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of molding, stamping, and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with automotive supplier requirements and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
