Join our development team as a React Senior Tech Lead.
Your role will involve overseeing and leading a team of developers, defining and implementing advanced technology strategies, driving innovation, and setting high technical standards.
What you will do:
- Oversee technical aspects of projects, guide team members in problem-solving, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Maintain high code quality standards, review and approve pull requests, ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to seamlessly integrate frontend and backend functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the React ecosystem and incorporate new tools to enhance project outcomes.
Here's what we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience with React.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies,



ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
- Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
- Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
- Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
- Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
- Advanced level of English.
