**Job Overview**
In charge of managing the total Accounts Receivable of the assigned portfolio to ensure that collection objectives are met.
**What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)**
- Collection Management for all levels of portfolio complexity, including Business and Integral Accounts.
- Make recommendations for account blocks based on credit status, account balance, and customer payment habits.
- Work with customers, sales, and operations to resolve conflicts and support the dispute management process by identifying, qualifying, and assigning disputes in a timely manner.
- Perform account reconciliation, execute,



and document internal controls in support of the audit team.
- Lead update trainings, workshops, and best practice sharing sessions.
- Achieve individual and team objectives set by the SLA (Service Level Agreements) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
**What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Public Accounting, or a related field.
Degree holder.
- Intermediate - Advanced English (Speaking, writing, and reading).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles and experience dealing directly with customers.
- Office Suite: Advanced (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of tax regulations (taxes)
- Knowledge of federal laws.
- Knowledge of NIF standards (Mexican Financial Reporting Standards).
- Knowledge of general accounting.
- Desirable knowledge of SAP & FSCM
- Results-oriented; Responsibility; Analytical skills; Adherence to procedures & Mental agility.
