- Create recruiting strategies for specific vacancies to be covered.
Required profile:
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- Knowledge in recruiting processes including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
