Objetivo del Puesto:
Planear y ejecutar los requerimientos en base al horizonte de demanda fijo, asegurando la entrega en tiempo a cliente y el correcto suministro de los Materiales, tomando en cuenta los niveles optimos de Inventario (MTS) pegandose en plan mensual de produccion.
Principales Responsabilidades:
Generar el programa de producción con la secuencia correcta
Liberación de los planes de producción de acuerdo al WCP
Aseguramiento de disponibilidad de producto terminado para satisfacer requerimientos de cliente
Aseguramiento de Servicio al Cliente
Notificación y seguimiento a restricciones de materiales.
Control y seguimiento al plan liberado en producción y shipping.
Proveer fechas compromiso de acuerdo a capacidad y disponibilidad de materiales
Limpieza e integridad de datos del sistema (Open jobs, aging).
Administrar inventario de producto terminado y liderear proyectos de reduccion de Inventario.
Mantener los niveles óptimos de MTS alineados al plan de inventariosy la satisfacción del cliente.
Requisitos:
Universidad Completa (Título)
Experiencia 3 años
Certificación APICS (deseable)
Sistema Oracle11i , Excel
Inglés Avanzado
Experiencia en puesto similar
