Job Description

Responsible for mitigating financial and underwriting issues for the Company’s customers, carriers and employees.

- Deep knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies.

- Identify risk and suggest solutions to help mitigate losses.

- Perform audits on sales employees and/or offices.

- Respond to tips received via Loss Prevention Hotline.

- Plan, organize, and document investigative findings in a case report that is clear, concise, and provides conclusions based on facts.

- Provide regular updates, analysis, and recommended enhancements to increase business performance while remaining compliant with regulatory experience.

- Participate in special projects, prepare charts, graphs, and metrics to support the department.

- Assists with the development, implementation, and training of fraud detection/prevention systems.

- Assist in overseeing the office’s surveillance system and retrieve footage as needed.

- Develop positive work relationships with state and federal law enforcement agencies.

Requirements





- Specialized knowledge: Investigations – Insurance- Fraud Prevention

- C omputer Knowledge: Proficient use of Microsoft applications and Tableau

Experience

- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both orally and in writing

- Thorough knowledge of auto insurance policies, procedures, and practices including related industry and regulatory issues

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Complex Problem solving- identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options
