This role acts as the main link between business stakeholders, customers, and IT development team by managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog, ensuring transparency, and clearly communicating the Product Goal.



The Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value delivered by the Scrum team, making informed decisions that guide the product's direction and ensure all deliverables are aligned with organizational strategy and customer needs. **But what else?
