Key Job Responsibilities
- Strategic and hands‑on role providing full‑cycle Human Resources support to Amazon Fulfillment Centers.
- Execute people initiatives, provide internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and HR development.
- Monitor the 'pulse' of employees to ensure high engagement.
- Adapt to rapid and complex changing work environments.
- Coach and mentor management level employees.
- Create and drive effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs.
- Act as an enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and high drive.
- Handle high‑volume workloads and be willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’.
- Take a strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in a high‑deliverable environment, identifying problems and driving appropriate solutions.
- Maintain strong internal and external customer‑service focus.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with results orientation.
- Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
- Interface at all levels of the organization.
- Write and facilitate written recommendations on HR or business topics with data‑driven support.
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of local labor law.
- Experience as a human resource generalist.
- Knowledge of human resource theory, functions, and practice, including performance appraisal systems and staff development.
- Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
- Experience assessing management and executive talent.
- Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans.
- Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250‑500 or more associates.
