Reporting to the General Manager Americas (or equivalent Finance Head), this role will lead the finance function, ensure strong financial governance, deliver strategic financial insight, and support sustainable business growth within a dynamic fresh produce export environment.The successful candidate will be a commercially astute finance leader with strong technical expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.Key Performance OutputsFinancial Planning, Budgeting & ReportingLead annual budgeting and forecasting processesReview financial dashboards, management reports and cash flow analysesAnalyse financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitabilityReview monthly reconciliations and management accountsApprove journals and corrective financial adjustmentsMonitor budget performance and investigate variancesFacilitate annual external audits and support internal audit requirementsEnsure compliance with financial policies and legislation across multiple jurisdictionsConduct financial evaluations and feasibility assessments for new projectsCash Flow & Treasury ManagementManage daily, weekly and monthly cash flow requirementsDevelop and maintain cash flow forecastsOptimise liquidity and working capitalMaintain relationships with banks and treasury partnersMonitor foreign exchange exposure and implement approved mitigation strategiesDebtors,
