Position Returns Specialist Job DescriptionArrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Returns Specialist to join our team in the assembly of computing products. In this role as a Returns Specialist, you will be expected to demonstrate excellence in key areas, including quality, precision, collaboration, and reliability.What You’ll Be DoingFacilitate the product return and replacement process, providing comprehensive support to the warehouse.Assist with reviewing production returns to suppliers.Analyze data related to RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns, conducting RMA research, administrative tasks, training, and process improvements.Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credits to customers; perform system research, liaise with Sales for issue resolution, and create outbound sales orders to return products related to pick and ship returns, and apply appropriate charges.Investigate and research root causes for defective and nonconforming products, ensuring proper processing.Facilitate vendor returns to expedite returned products with suppliers and provide relevant data to supplier quality for trend analysis.Collaborate with Finance to investigate and resolve resale and costing issues as necessary.Report metrics pertaining to RMA issuance and vendor returns.Ensure timely publication of all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports,
