DESCRIPTION Product development experience for Interior Trim.

Develop and build parametric 3D data according to construction standards with the level of quality required by other EDAG offices and our clients.

Understanding problems on injection molding process and how to solve them.

Creation of 2D drawings and apply knowledge of: GD&T;, manufacturing process, injection molding.

Prepare technical details under the supervision of Sr.

designers.

Interior and exterior trim parts analysis to guaranty quality on the parts.

Communicate clearly with the team, and propose basic solutions.





Create parts lists /BOM / Documentation.

Follow and understand design rules, checklist and team instructions.

Review and validate technical details.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor´s degree in Automotive engineering, Mechatronic engineering, Mechanical engineering or related.

- 2+ year of experience product development.
- 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation (CATIA/NX).

Experience with injection molding plastic parts and vacuum forming.

Experience in surface modeling and part design.

Understanding of GD&T.;

International Experience desirable.

Fluent English.

German A2 (desirable).
