Position Overview

This roleis responsible forleading globally distributed infrastructure teams across multiple technical domains, ensuring scalable, resilient, and secure platforms that enable business operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on experience with leadership capabilities, able to assess complex environments and drive execution while managing multidisciplinary teams.

This leader will also bring strong governance, operational excellence, and a data-driven mindset to continuously improve service delivery.

KeyResponsibilities

- Execute aglobal infrastructure strategyaligned withthebusiness andITIGBSobjectives.





- Support thebuildof the IT IGBS infrastructure organization with a customer-centric approach and mindset.

- Assess regional and global environments toidentifyrisks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization and optimization.

- Executethebackupand recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

- Deliver the services to ensure the operations of enterprise networking and infrastructure security controls globally.

- Drive observability, monitoring, and reliability engineering practices across distributed systems.

- Lead and developdistributed, multicultural technical teams(system admins, network engineers, cloud engineers, SREs).

- Provide hands-on leadership during critical incidents and complex problem-solving.

- Drive risk management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Implement ITIL-based service management and operational best practices.

- Define and trackglobal infrastructure KPIs and metrics.

- Define and manageSLAs, SLOs, and KPIsto ensure consistent global service performance.

- Use data to drive decision-making, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

- Deliver executive-level reporting on service health, risks, and transformation progress.

- Drive a performance-based culture through accountability, coaching and mentoring of direct reports, and providing regular feedback to foster leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.

- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with5+ years in leadership roles supporting global operations.
