This Roll is responsible for:

Responsible for the overall productivity improvement of the SMT area. Propose improvement measures to increase the utilization rate of SMT machines. Responsible for SMT personnel management..

We look for someone with experience at :

- SMT processes: In-depth understanding of the entire SMT assembly process, from component placement to inspection and soldering.
- Electronics and components: knowledge of electronic theory and circuits, ability to read electrical diagrams, and understanding of different types of SMT components (sizes, shapes, materials such as BGA, QFN, etc.).
- Equipment and software: Practical experience with SMT assembly tools, as well as software for programming and monitoring machines.
- Quality control: Knowledge of different types of inspection (solder inspection, automatic inspection, X-ray inspection) and the ability to identify defects and anomalies in assembled products.
- Risk management: Understanding of associated risks,



such as electrostatic discharge (ESD) and humidity, and how to prevent them.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor degree finished

Good organizational planning skills.

Leadership.

Strong communication and coordination skills, project planning and management skills.

Skilled use of quality management tools and methods.

ISO 9001, QC080000 system, CSR & special features; IATF 16949, ESD, capable of writing 8D, MSA, APQP, PPAP, CP, SPC, FMEA.

More than five years of experience in motherboard production and assembly, proficient in English.

English: 80% or higher
