Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for coordinate all the shipping process to meet Customer demand and managing the day-to-day activities of the hourly employees in the shipping department.
Shipping Supervisor will report to the Warehouse Superintendent and will be responsible for assigning workload to the hourly employees.
Manage customer order fulfillment standards. On-time shipments, unit fill-rate,
shipping and receiving standards, order status backlog.
Assure all the shipping transactions in system ( SAP)
Assure all documents (paperwork) required on a shipment is accurate and complete.
Meet OEA requirements.
Coordinate Shipping activities and shipping personnel.
Bilingual, SAP Knowledge.
