Key Responsibilities
- Be part of our design team and will report to our Sr. UX/UI Design Lead
- Understand UX best practices and the science behind excellent UX - Heuristics, HCI, Cognitive Walk-Throughs, User Journeys, Persona’s, and more. It’s science!
- Promote and maintain a high standard of quality
- Work as a strategic design thinker - Build the vision. Big picture thinking about the product, projects, goals, and the company as a whole.
- Help find creative UX/UI solutions to problems that arise on an ongoing basis
- Comfortable work with remote team.
- Deliver high quality design work with pixel perfect and design handoff process with dev team.
- A strong track record of iterative design, working closely with Product Manager, BA, Dev team throughout the entire product lifecycle.
**Requirements**:
Associate or bachelor's degree in User Experience, Web Design or related field
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI product design
- An online portfolio with a case study
- Hand on experience with Mobile and Web designing
- Prototyping and presenting demos
- Familiar with UX Research and its value
- Understand the crossover between design and implementation
- Experience with agile processes




- Proficient in standard UX tools
- Sketch, Figma, InVision and Adobe Suite.
- Familiar with the grid system and responsive design.
- Know how to use design frameworks/kits, create, and maintain design systems
- High Proficiency in English (reading, writing and conversational) You Can
- Communicate effectively-aka, be able to articulate and defend strategic design decisions while respecting and following business goals.
- Establish the overall style, look, and feel of products.
- Design logos, PowerPoint presentations, and other branding guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
- Deliver on time - know the difference between done and perfect.
- Speak Mandarin will be a bonus
