- Collaborate on revisions to program materials supply, by exporting requisitions in the system.
- Support for expediting critical materials, using software provided by the company, in order to receive materials on time.
- Preparation of the following reports, in order to facilitate decision-making,
- Summary of the materials report.
- Summary of committed materials detailed report.
- Requisitions records compiled for the project report.
- Requisitions purchase orders prepared for the project report.
- Expedite prioritized materials report.
- Requisitions pending to purchase report.
- OSD materials report.
- Material balance report for the project.
- KPI's report.
- Review the process control of materials for each project, for proposals and projects. Integrate lessons learned. Warehouse activities.




- Develop strategies and methods to optimize the quantities required for engineering and manufacturing (MTO's)
- Review all the interface related to the System Management Materials.
- Provide information required between the materials against the purchased material.
- Coordinate all materials received and processed purchase orders
- Coordinate all the material delivered to the warehouse areas or predetermined locations.
- Perform and maintain an inventory in the company of materials owned by the customer.
- Record discrepancies materials shipments,
- Review and report generation system. Update the database.
- Provide support to buyers, expeditors and warehouse to better understand the material specifications and availability of the same.
- Provide information to Control Project materials for projects or proposals (cost history, inventory).
