**As a Customer Service Representative, you will be performing the following activities**:
- Answering calls to provide resolution to some of the regular topics like explaining association and ledger information, sending replacement coupons and refund requests
- Update homeowner information, interest/late fee adjustments, educate homeowners on payment options and the process to make payments online
- Transfer calls to appropriate team members when needed
- Address customer service issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution
- Communicate with team members at all levels of business
- Process tickets in Salesforce
**SCHEDULE**:
- Monday to Friday_




- Service window from 6:00 to 19:00 CST (you will be assigned an 8-hour shift)_

**Minimum requirements**
- Advanced English (verbal and written)
- 2 years of experience in a Call Center for American customers
- Strong communication skills
- Feeling comfortable working with multiple platforms/software.
- Feeling comfortable working with a heavy phone volume
**It's a plus if you have the following**:
- Experience using MS Office and Salesforce
