- Maintaining QMS. - Develop process procedures, work instruction, checklist, and documents in order to meet the customer requirements. - Conducting internal audits - Continuous improvement of processes and systems (Corrective and preventive actions). - Design and develop quality inspection plans. - Participate in first article process validation articles. - Coordinate inspections for special processes. - Analyze causes of manufacturing process problems. - Support groups in determining root causes derived from CAR's and PAR's. - NCR's trend analysis. - Follow-up on process nonconforming. - Support with the training of the area. - Participate actively in solving daily problems. - Make effective use of available resources. - Identify and propose improvements to the area's processes. - Interact with other departments to deal with situations. - Provide data for KPI and metrics
Experiência y requisitos
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably or Industrial. - 3 plus years’ experience in the mechanical metal industry.



- Ability to interpret drawings, units of measurement, views, dimensions and tolerances, as well as engineering notes - Preferential knowledge in NDE (welding inspection, MPI, PT) - Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and audit process - Experience in problem solving methods such as: Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis. - Good interactive skills for facilitating team solutions. - Microsoft proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Analytical with an excellent attention to detail. - English 80%
