**DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to assist in implementing and enforcing our new IT policies, with a focus on SOC2 compliance and antivirus measures. You will play a vital role in practical IT tasks such as creating server images, deploying antivirus software, and templating for infrastructure. Additionally, this role will involve gathering System Integration Testing (SIT) data, artifacts, and evidence to support compliance and operational efficiency.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Enforce IT policies, focusing on SOC2 compliance and antivirus measures.
- Create server images, deploy antivirus software and template infrastructure.
- Gather SIT data to support compliance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate on new system rollouts.
**REQUIREMENTS**:




- Some systems admin certifications preferred.
- IT operations understanding.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with SOC2 compliance.
- Experience with antivirus software deployment.
- Knowledge of system integration testing.
