We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Technician to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Technician at Keywords Studios, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to success in this role. Responsibilities:
- Process and record vendor invoices
- Verify accuracy of invoice information and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions




- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues
- Assist with month-end closing activities
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
