**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
Manufacturing line of business: more than 3 years
Bachelor's degree/related engineering: 3 years of experience in procurement or procurement positions
Fluency in oral and written English, advanced level.
**Experience/Expertise**:
- **Development of local suppliers** for defined products including plastic resins, spray paint, screen printing inks and packaging materials, etc
.Collaboration in the incorporation and implementation**of corporate sourcing strategy and procurement procedures**
- Development of **cost reduction projects**
- Procurement process, including **the release of purchase orders**, **the tracking of** supplier delivery and the **supplier**'s payment request,



etc.Evaluation and monitoring of suppliers' performance in quality, delivery and cost.Sourcing capacity, search **for potential suppliers,** having a thorough knowledge of the **cost and material structure.**
- Negotiation skills**.**
- Ability to **reduce purchasing costs**. Lead purchasing team
