**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Disassemble and examine electromechanical products through tear down processes
- Analyze product design, functionality, and performance
- Conduct benchmarking studies to compare products against industry standards and competitors
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for product enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design changes and improvements
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Proven experience in advanced engineering and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of advanced engineering technologies and methodologies




- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
